bdok Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdok platform and its users. By using any service offered through the bdok website, mobile application or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

bdok is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino and various sports betting services including cricket for users in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read these Terms in full before accessing the platform or using any service.

bdok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account with bdok, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and hold a valid national identity card or equivalent identity document.
• You must have a valid mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer).
• You must not have previously opened an account with bdok and must not have had any account banned.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be using multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and applicable balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure. bdok may request additional documents to verify your identity at any time.

It is your responsibility to keep your bdok account username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

• Any unauthorised access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to the bdok support team immediately.
• Betting or gaming activities may not be conducted from a third party's account.
• Using bots, automated software or any automation tools to play games or place bets is prohibited.
• No bet or game transaction will be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.

The following deposit methods are currently supported on bdok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds from a third party's account or from an unknown source is prohibited.
• All transactions are verified by bdok. If any transaction appears suspicious, it may be temporarily placed on hold.

Withdrawals from bdok can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account that matches your registered details.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• bdok will not be held responsible for withdrawal delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.

If the same person attempts to withdraw to multiple accounts or any fraudulent activity is detected, the withdrawal will be suspended and the account will be placed under investigation.

bdok offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and the bonus or any funds earned from it cannot be withdrawn unless those terms are met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw, you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

6.2 Other Available Bonuses

• bdok Weekly Reload Reward: 50% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳100.
• bdok Slot Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on any deposit for slots on any working day, up to ৳3,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳100.
• bdok Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,000 reward credited automatically on your registered birthday; wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend bdok Reward: Up to ৳2,000 reward after each successfully referred friend makes their first deposit; wagering 12x.
• bdok Weekend Cricket Bonus: 25% bonus on any deposit in cricket markets on weekends, up to ৳4,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳100.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may not be claimed more than once (where applicable).
• Bonus funds are not cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• bdok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

All games and betting options available on the bdok platform are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe). The outcomes of these games are determined entirely through a random number generator (RNG) or via live dealers.

• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• If a user's connection is interrupted, the game result will be considered final based on the data recorded on the server.
• In sports betting, bets placed before an event starts are accepted; bets can also be placed during an event if the live betting interface is active.
• bdok reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds published due to an error by the odds provider.
• Betting based on match fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited.

bdok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Use of a false identity or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonus benefits.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity in games or the betting process.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

In the event of account closure, the return of any valid balance (after wagering requirements are met) will depend on the outcome of the investigation. The balance may be held while the investigation is ongoing.

• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, war, epidemics or government directives.
